Head of Operations
I am originally from Cheshire and I have spent most of my working life in the North West .
I began working within Law in 2004 and from 2010 I was running my own case load in a busy personal injury firm .
In 2013 I met Paula and worked within a Clinical Negligence department dealing solely with medical negligence cases. I began to specialise in Dental Negligence Claims and eventually became Head of the Dental Department.
I have always had a keen interest in case management systems and recognise the importance of efficiency along with attention to detail to make sure we provide the Clients with a streamlined journey throughout their cases.
I believe it is important for each client to be dealt with as an individual who deserves to be listened to as opposed to processed.
I am delighted to join Paula in a truly specialised practice offering clients expertise and compassion.
