The sad passing of Her Majesty the Queen yesterday afternoon is a momentous event in the life of our country . She was a loyal, dutiful Monarch  who has been a constant in our lives for so long. She was also a working mother and grandmother , something we at DP Bridge can relate to.  A stateswoman of unmatched dignity her loss will be felt worldwide.

In years to come in will be one of those questions – where were you when the news was announced ?

Undoubtedly a sad event that will affect people in different ways and at different times.

Our thoughts are with her family who have lost their mother and grandmother . Also with King Charles the Third who has many challenges ahead, as do we all as a nation , we wish him well.

For now however we say thank you for the work you have done , its time to rest and to be with your beloved husband.
